Terms of use
Spade² helps you compare what an exact product costs at different stores. Using it means you accept the points below. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice.
What a price here means
- Prices, shipping, coupons and cashback are gathered from stores and search services at the time shown next to them. They can change at any moment, and the store’s checkout is the only price that counts. Always confirm before you buy.
- “Pay today” is what a store charges at checkout. Cashback, rebates and gift-card value are shown separately because they arrive later, if at all, and depend on the provider’s terms — never on ours.
- A monthly payment, a down payment or a price that depends on a plan or trade-in is labelled as such and is not ranked against cash prices.
- We do not sell anything and are not a party to any purchase. Orders, returns, warranties and disputes are between you and the store.
Affiliate links
Some merchant links may earn Spade² a commission on a qualifying purchase. Commission never changes which offer ranks highest, and merchants without an affiliate relationship are shown in the same way.
Acceptable use
- Use Spade² as a person shopping for products. Do not run scripts, bots or bulk requests against it; live store searches cost us money and are rate-limited.
- Do not try to interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not copy the comparison data in bulk or present it as your own.
No warranty
Spade² is provided as it is, during a public beta. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a price shown here.
